About Us

We are a small family run business and we are also currently one of the fastest growing small businesses in the UK. We are acheiving this growth due to our quality products and friendly customer service which has resulted in customer satisfaction.

'nt-direct' started out back in the summer of 2009 where the Nuttall Brothers formed a business partnership. Trading began entirely on ebay from the small workshop unit based on Clayhill Light Industrial Park in Neston, Cheshire. With various qualifications and at least 10 years experience in similar lines of employment, this has been the key to its ongoing  success. After starting with no capital and a very successful first year of trading it was then decided that the time was right to become a private limited company in August 2010. Due to further success, our business could no longer trade from the original premises due to lack of space and has now moved to a much bigger storage/workshop facility.

Now operating from the new storage / workshop facility in Neston,  we spend a lot of time distributing our goods and servicing and repairing used electrical appliances. The key to our success has been ensuring that all our products we sell are upto standard and our customers are completely satisfied with what they receive. As we know, our customers always come first, as they are the most important aspect of our business.

Although we are not a charity run business we do like to help and support the local community. Each year, we like to donate a certain amount to a different charity. In November 2010 we donated to Ronald McDonald House - Alder Hey Childrens Hospital Liverpool and in November 2011 we donated to Children with cancer charity.

The future of nt-direct is to become a well known brand name in retail with competitive prices and always trying to provide the right products to our customers. We are now signed up with one of the biggest distributors of electrical appliances in the UK who also provide many of the large high street retailers. We have access to a large range of brand new appliances direct from the manufacturers. As we do not have the overheads of the large high street retailers we can therefore pass our savings onto our customers in having extremely competitive prices!
