SMALL ITEMS (upto 2kg)
Small size items are mainly appliance parts, service aids, aftercare, electrical and plumbing products.
These items are usually dispatched same day or next day providing they are in stock and are sent via Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery time from dispatch for standard delivery will be 2 to 5 working days.
MEDIUM SIZED ITEMS (2kg to 25kg)
Medium size items are mainly small kitchen appliances, microwave ovens, heaters, aircon units, vacuum cleaners and irons.
These items are dispatched same day or next working day providing they are in stock and are sent mainly via UK Mail.
If your item is not in stock then your item will automatically be re-ordered and you will be informed and given the choice to cancel or continue with your order. In these circumstances please allow 3 to 5 working days before it can be dispatched.
Estimated delivery time for standard delivery from dispatch will be 2 to 5 working days.
LARGE ITEMS & NEW HOME APPLIANCES (over 25kg)
Delivery to Chester, Ellesmere Port & Wirral - 'CH' Postcode includes FREE removal of old appliance if required.
Delivery to rest of England, Scotland and Wales is sent by our carefully selected 3rd party pallet service. Please ensure there is access for a 7.5 ton truck to deliver the appliance to your property.
We can not ship domestic appliances to Central London, Isles or Highlands due to cost.
We do always have a certain amount of products in stock, if your item is not in stock then it will automatically be re-ordered and you will be given the choice to cancel or continue with your order. In these circumstances please allow between 3 and 10 working days before it can be dispatched. Items are usually received within 2 to 5 working days once dispatched.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
All our brand new items are checked prior to dispatch to ensure the original manufacturers packaging is in good condition and has not been tampered with. Once dispatched, your items are the delivery companies responsibility to ensure that they reach you undamaged. We always use extra insurance cover for expensive items where appropriate. It is the customers responsibility to check and ensure that items received are undamaged. Please ensure that once you have signed for and accepted delivery you can no longer claim for any damages incurred by the delivery company.
